TomHanks Draft Leak Punishment - TeyonSchavari - 04-17-2020
Hi all,
It has come to the attention that GM @TomHanks has leaked a draft pick to a former war room member that has a player in the upcoming draft. TomHanks self reported the incident, and although it doesn't appear that it was an intentional leak, HO does not condone leaking of draft picks. The only similar situation we had to this can be found HERE, however after revisiting that case we determined that the punishment was too harsh for this type of circumstance. Because this leak was a later round pick that does not affect TPE, HO has voted 2-0 with two abstentions (due to being directly involved with the team) to punish TomHanks with the following:
- Personal fine of $2M
As always TomHanks may contact a member of the appellate commitee to appeal.

EDIT - Clarification: TH did not leak where the former war room member's player was selected or who they were selected to, rather he unintentionally told them about a different player that NOLA had selected
