*S25 OL prospect write up - Gravtx - 08-03-2020 Offensive line prospect write up. In an attempt to judge my fellow prospects in a way that is unbiased, I will be using a system of my own design to assign a value number to each prospect. The value will be based on total TPE earned and how that TPE is used. The number will then be assigned as reputation. Reputation does not take into account activity on the discord or the forum, and is only ranking the prospects on what they have done so far. The following is a breakdown of this system.  Like how prospects earn reputation for surpassing these numbers, they can lose reputation for being short of these numbers at the same ratio. 1:1 ratio of TPE earned to Reputation 1:1.5 ratio of skill points in endurance and intelligence over 60 to reputation 1:3 ratio of skill point in run and pass blocking over 65 to reputation 1:5 ratio of skill points in strength over 70 to reputation The ratios were decided based on the most relevant to least relevant, yet still relevant skills in the sim. Strength is the most important, while intelligence and endurance are the least important of the necessities. Let’s begin! Using reputation, anyone can now take a cursory glance at the most important skills of any of these prospects. Taking a look at these prospects, they can be divided into 3 tiers, with some outliers. The lowest tier are the raw prospects. These are individuals who are here to play, but may need some guidance as to what they should be training. Without help, they may end up being more for depth than anything else.  Here are my raw prospects: Smitty McGhee-72.5 Connor Quigley-82.5 Kentdavion 'Davie' Davis-92 Medicinal Toblerone-102.5 The next tier is the largest, and these are the mid-tier prospects. These prospects know what’s going on. They know what they should be doing and how they should be doing it, and they will be useful to whomever drafts them. If any of these players falls to a later round, I would strongly suggest using a pick on them. Here are my mid-tier prospects Sterling Moss-107.5 Macho Weber-114.5 Ninton Quelson-119.5 Hugh McGree-122.5 Hank Antilles-125.5 Duncan Donuts-149 Joe Show-155 Marc Hamel-162.5 Adam Mellot-168.5 Marlon Alexander-175 This final tier is my top tier. These prospects seem to be constantly contributing and striving to add to the forum and eventually the league. They are high TPE earners and are allocating it to the right skills, enough so to set them apart from the pack. I would strongly suggest taking these players in the beginning rounds of the draft, and if any of them are taking outside the first 5 rounds, it will likely be a steal. Here are my top-tier prospects Chuck Roth-193.5 Ananda Adyan-205 Clay Stallworth-205.5 Felix Archstone-207.5 Here is our outlier prospect Swantavius Jones-240.5 Swantavius is the strongest prospect in this offensive line class (86), and is also the highest TPE earner. When the DSFL draft comes in a few days, I will bet anything that Jones will be the first offensive lineman off the board. I would go even further to say that I think Jones will go in the first two rounds. First draft related piece x2 multiplier.
