I don't know who you are, but without you this media wouldn't probably be possible. So uh thanks!* Yellowknife. Yellowknife. Yellowknife. I have to remember to say Yellowknife instead of Yellowstone.... Anyways that's not what I am going to talk about today. The Yellowstone (GOD DAMN IT) Wraiths are overall a pretty good team and it would be useless to talk about them after all of their success through out the years. That was a joke. The Wraiths are a team that are shown to be a Ultimus contender but outside the shell they are a team that just makes the playoffs and tries to be relevant each year without winning anything. Knowing how the Ultimus is going to end against the Copperheads I might as well just show you all the story of the Yellowknife Wraiths. 2016 - The Wraiths started out as one of the 6 founded teams in the NSFL and do great in the Inaugural draft! You get legends like Josh Garden, Alexandre Leclair, and Bubba Nuck Jr. Too bad that will only lead you to second place in your division. But everything will be okay! Your a possible Ultimus contender! Loads of people are cheering on you to win! And here comes the Colorado Yeti to ruin your dreams before they can ruin their own. 2017 - You got loads of more optimism by the fans! Maybe its because of your cool logo or your colors but it dosen't matter, everyone wants you to win the Ultimus! This time your draft goes great getting the first....pick? What the hell? Anyways, you got Dermot Lavelle with your first pick and went on to have another amazing draft. You go 8-6 again and suffer in your second straight conference game against the Baltimore Hawks. At least they blew out to the Outlaws in the Ultimus? That could had been you. 2018 - Bubba Nuck Sr decides to step down from general manager leaving you with your new gm, Spike Crown. It dosen't really make a difference in your franchise except undergo several changes for the team and go 7-7 which is apparently the franchises worst. No but its okay there is nothing going on around here at all. Enjoy your first year without playoffs boys. 2019 - You trade your QB Chris Orosz leading for your new quarterback Mat Akselsen! In other news, Josh Garden says fuck you and goes to Arizona. Despite the absolute insanity that happened recently your team goes back to the playoffs with another 8-6 season and actually made it to the Ultimus? And I thought you weren't going to make it to the Ultimus this year, guess ill be cheering for you guys- and you lost to the Orange County Otters. This is their first ring of many. 2020 - There was this Las Vegas Legion scandal that im honestly too bored to talk about so ill just say you got Phillipe Carter and Jayce Tuck from that retirement scandal so...pretty lucky huh? Not exactly. Tuck decides to be a fucking idiot and uses performance enhancing drugs which would later turn into a long investigation. If theres anything good from this, you went 10-4 this season! A franchise highest! You also went to the Ultimus once again with the Otters. This time you are prepared. They kicked your ass last time but now its time for you to kick theirs first. And before you can do it they punch you in the gut. Two ultimus loses in a row? Maybe next year will be the year! 2021 - This was not the year. 7-6-1 and a struggle to make the playoffs turns into failure as you lose to the Liberty in the conference championship. At least you got Eric Kennedy as your runningback which for sure should get you back to the Ultimus! 2022 - And here comes Robby Rainey to take his spot. You also got players like Boss Tweed and Arbin Asipi Jr to make possibly the greatest Wraiths team your franchise could possibly see. Ah it dosen't matter though, they will probably go 8-6 again and- Holy shit. 13-1? Is that a NSFL best? You are the messiah. You are the team that will finally earn a Ultimus trophy after many years. And all you have to do is beat the god damn Liberty. Now go out there and please don't do what the Tampa Bay Lightnings did. You did what the Lightnings did. YOU LOST TO THE LIBERTY? WHAT THE HELL- 2023 - And all that stuff I talked about dosen't matter anymore because the Wraiths have finally won a Ultimus. The pain, The curse, the agony. It all comes to a end here. Or does it? Yellowknife, I will give you a choice. You can either be like Orange County and win all the Ultimus trophys you can possibly get OR you can spend the rest of your franchise career with just one Ultimus trophy. What will you say- Oh of course you pick the worst option possible with no benefits. 2024 - You want to get no more Ultimus Rings? well the sim gods will help you with that. How about we start with the defense first. Don't you guys love Philippe Carter? Well too bad he is now enjoying the retired life! You like Markus Kane? Well we don't, trade em! You like Jayce Tuck? Off to free agency he goes! Do you feel like your going to have a great season? Enjoy your 0-3 start! Overall, they went 7-7 and missed the playoffs. I don't feel pity. 2025 - They seemed to adapt to the burning franchise by trading their aging Quarterback which was informing that he might retire soon to the Sabercats for Brad Pennington. Everything is going good right now- and I have been informed that you lost another defensive back. Thank god you actually had a pretty neat draft and was now ready for success for this season! You start 0-3 again. Good thing you went 8-6 but remember, the curse is still in action. You said you didn't want to win another Ultimus right? We'll help you by making sure you don't make the playoffs. 2026 - Say goodbye to Robby Rainey, Boss Tweed, and other star players because they are gone aswell! You do however get a lot of great rookies that can change your franchise for the better but......yeah you can start off by losing your first two games. Its okay though! You win the next 3 games! Your team is going the right way! Just get your second ring this year and- oh yeah. That decision you made with the devil. Sorry Wraiths! Ill just make you lose these two games and- 2026 postseason - OH MY GOD YOU WENT 4-10? THE WRAITHS AREN'T SUPPOSE TO TANK THERE SUPPOSE TO BE A PLAYOFF TEAM! Fuck 7-7, THIS is probably the franchises worst. And you didn't even get 1oa. Truly devastating. It can't get worse from here. 2027 - You are in rebuilding mode. That means this season is going to suck dick. First, trade Antonio Summer for your new franchise quarterback. He's been in the league for a while, he considers himself as a starter, he is your NEW FRANCHISE QUARTERBACK....Ryan Applehort. In other news, you trade all your god damn players for draft picks. It dosen't matter though. You will go 8-6 like you always do and- 2027 postseason - Remember what I said in 2026 when I said it couldn't get worse from here? That was a fucking lie. They went 3-11. This has to be their franchises worst as there is no way you can go 2-12. Right? Right???? 2028 - You start 3-1 to start the season! We think this is the year and maybe its not a total disappointment! You lost nine of 10 games and went 4-10. At this point, no one cares about you anymore. Your basically the tanking dolphins right now and that needs to change now. You don't need Ultimus Titles you don't need championships or awards. All you need, is to be relevant again. 2029 - This time, you get 1oa in the draft and use it on Cooter Bigsby because fuck Ryan Applehort I guess. Dosen't matter because he gets sent back down to the DSFL to develop better. Needless to say, it was a pretty boring season. I actually enjoy you guys tanking instead of doing nothing because I actually show emotion on those tanking games. Sorry guys, but 6-8 just sucks more than 4-10. At least you went from the worst defense to the 4th best defense? Just make it back to the playoffs for gods sake. 2030 - Were 10 years from the present and maybe things will turn out for the better this year? I mean you did get very good people in the draft and Applehort switched to cornerback for the team so maybe they will get back in the playoffs this year? Ah fuck me they are probably go 7-7 or 8-6 again and probably miss the playoffs. 2030 Postseason - Yep.  2031 - There was a expansion draft happening and everyone and their grandmas got called up from the DSFL for it. Dosen't matter though, your probably going to go 6-8 again and- HOLY SHIT YOU GOT DANNY GRITHEAD. THIS IS GOING TO BE YOUR BEST SEASON YET. Eh nevermind your 4-3 to start the season. This is where you CANT go 10-3 and top the NSFC. You just can't. 2031 postseason - Holy shit, you actually did it. You went 10-3 and went to the playoffs. Sure you lost to the Butchers two times but still, your going to host your first playoff game since 2023. Now go on out there. Go and get your next Ultimus. 2031 Wraiths vs Liberty - Oh wait, remember that curse you accepted where you can't win anymore rings? Well it applys here too. Philly says fuck you and wins against you 35-34. Sorry Wraiths! 2032 - You still have hope. Your team may not be relevant like it used to but damn it you still have hope. You start the season 5-1 and are doing pretty good right now. Actually, your doing really good right now! You finish 8-5 and get a bye to the championship game! You have the best defense in the league and your probably going to face a sorry team like Chicago. Now go and beat Chicago's ass- Oh wait, your facing Baltimore? Yeah....your fucked. 2033 - I expect nothing out of you guys this season. Never mind your actually doing pretty good mid-season right now. Wait, HOLY SHIT, A 11 GAME WIN STREAK? 11-2? Wraiths I have never been as proud as I am right now for you guys. You only allowed more than 20 points twice, held opponents below 10 points three times, and scored less than 20 points only once. You guys are fucking legendary. Every fucking team is scared of you and you are finally the favorite to win the Ultimus again. All you have to do is beat the...Hawks. Good season Yellowknifestone, but this is where it all ends here. Sucks for you too, I was just starting to get hope again- YOU FUCKING DID IT! YESSSSSSSSSSS! YOU BEAT THE HAWKS IN A PLAYOFF GAME! YOUR GOING TO WIN THE ULTIMUS! YOUR GOING TO WIN THE ULTIMUS! YOUR GOING BEAT THE OTTERS ASS AND WIN THE FUCKING ULTIMUS!!!! 2033 Ultimus Bowl - You lost to the fucking Otters....THE OTTERS! CONGRATULATIONS WRAITHS! YOU JUST CONTINUED A HUGE DYNASTY BECAUSE YOU COULDN'T WIN AGAINST THE FUCKING OTTERS! 11-3 season, Best offense in the league, Best defense in the league, ELEVEN STRAIGHT WINS, all for nothing. Congrats Wraiths. The curse still falls upon you. 2034 - Ryan Leaf Jr left the team. Well that doesn't matter because you were once again dominant. Sure you went 9-4 and sure your defense wasn't the BEST as it was last year, you still managed to finish on top of the league.  You finally beat the god damn Otters for home field advantage and had the best offense in the league again. So your back in the playoffs again and of course, your facing the Baltimore Hawks.  Will you lose? Probably. All we have to do is sit and watch. 2034 Hawks Vs Wraiths - Wow...Woww....WOWWWW......Holy fuck. Yeah, the Wraiths are definitely serious now. 55-14 holy shit. I don't think the Hawks are a problem anymore. I know its crazy but...I think the enemy now is... the Orange County Otters. Yeah, your facing them in the Ultimus again. Good luck soldiers.  Please end their horrible dynasty. 2034 Wraiths Vs Otters - God damn it. Sure it was a really good game but the fact of the matter is that you lost again and the Otters get to continue their dynasty. Ive had enough of this shit. Sure it has gotten fun but now the Ultimus losses, the failing seasons, the Hawks and Otters pissing all over your own grave, ive had it. Wraiths, the curse is over. Now for the love of god please do something with your fucking franchise and win another GOD DAMN ULTIMUS! 2035 - Did you not hear a damn word I said? I said to win a fucking Ultimus again and all you do is lose to the Yeti 48-20? God you guys are trash. 2035 Postseason - Looks like I have mistaken. You guys actually go 7-0 at home and end off with a 9-4 record too make it to the playoffs once more! This time you aren't facing the holy grail known as the Hawks and instead are facing the Liberty. You got history of losing to them too. Its okay though you beat both the Liberty and the suffering Yeti. Your back in the Ultimus. Your facing the god damn Copperheads who have that weird poop color. You have this one in the bag. 2035 Wraiths Vs Copperheads - 37-20. Well, you did it. You took my one chance at happiness and crushed it. Crushed it into little tiny bite sized pieces. I had really expected better from you people. I guess I am a loser for that too! Don't bother showing up next year. Ill just tell the league you died in a marching accident. So thanks...Thanks for nothing!  2036 - I have no words to say. Next season. 2037 - *silence*  2038 - Okay guys im back from the store I got the milk and...you missed the playoffs. I don't feel nothing. Im going back to the store to get some more milk and trust me when I say, im never coming back to watch you guys play a single game again.  And thats where we are today. If I didn't show excitement in the introduction then I am sorry but I honestly want them to win this one. The Copperheads suck lmap and Yellowknife needs to win another ring. The curse dosen't end until they win another one so lets just watch on my Samsung Smart Fridge to see if they can actually pull this one off.  "Cole completes the pass to Jones as he is STILL up! And he is finally brought down at the 4 after a amazing 32 yard gain. Kichwa Jones runs it in to the endzone that will be ruled a touchdown for Austin! 7-0." Yep, the Wraiths are fucked. Theres no way they can actually win this- "Now Bigsby will throw to Swift for a nice 25 yard gain as he is down at the 15. Bigsby now throws to Jackson in the endzone who GOTS IT! TOUCHDOWN YELLOWKNIFE!" Wait what? Are they not dead yet? It dosen't matter. They'll probably lose by like a field goal or something-  "He completes it to Swift as he is tackled down at the 1! 3rd and goal as Acura Skyline takes it in for the team! Touchdown Wraiths! Another one? This seams unreal, there is no god damn way they can win this. The sim is going to pull out some bullshit that will make the Wraiths blow a 21 point lead at some point in the fourth.  "The Wraiths will kick a field goal that is good! 17-7 right now." "Hanyadi gets the pass and goes all the way to the 1! Skyline now hops into the endzone for the touchdown!" "He completes it to Rodriguez for 25! Now skyline quickly goes into the endzone and now this has become 31-10!"  No....It can't be...... "Bigsby throws to Lee who barely catches it as HE IS STILL UP! HE GETS THE TOUCHDOWN!" "0:00 - THE GAME IS OVER! THE CURSE IS OVER! THE WRAITHS HAVE WON THE ULTIMUS BOWL! UNBELIEVABLE! WHAT A WIN BY THE WRAITHS!"  Well, look how far we have made it. From the top, from the bottom, and now back to the top to rise back as the Ultimus champions. Congrats Wraiths (For real this time), You deserve it.
