Kansas City and Minnesota Punishments - TomHanks - 09-08-2020
It has come to our attention that two teams are in violation of Rule VII.C.1.b. Kansas City has been starting inactive user WannabeFin over two active users (ToastyData who was active from from DSFL week 5 until DSFL week 10 and WALDO who has been active for the duration of the season). Minnesota has started inactive user SnowyWolfz over one active user (Peterson, who who has been active for the duration of the season). DSFL HO has voted to fine the GMs responsible $500k for each game that they were in violation of rule VII.C.1.b.
The purpose of the DSFL is to encourage activity from users, and DSFL HO would like to take a strong stance in favour of new user experience. We recognize this is a relatively lenient punishment which we have decided on due to the circumstances specifically surrounding these situations (GMs being new not knowing the issue they were perpetuating and a player being very recently IA).
All DSFL GMs should be aware that not only is this the antithesis of the purpose of the DSFL, but that continued infraction of this rule will be considered a fireable offense.
The result of this ruling is as follows:
user @Buttersqauch101 will be fined $3 million
@Matty7478 will be fined $3 million
@"simo_393" will be fined $2.5 million
@GlimsTC will be fined $2.5 million
@BenDover will be fined $1 million
@TheCC will be fined $1 million
As always, rulings may be taken up with @manicmav36 and the appeals committee.

Let the record show I thought every one of the people responsible shouldve been banned and your characters dots discarded to be forgotten in the void we keep at DSFL HO, but sadly was told the void was "under maintenance".
