0-50 - costs 1 TPE to go up 1 point
51-70 - costs 2 TPE to go up 1 point
71-80 - costs 5 TPE to go up 1 point
81-90 - costs 10 TPE to go up 1 point
91-100 - costs 15 TPE to go up 1 point

In response to your PM, you were actually 8 TPE over with your build. I removed 8 TPE from intelligence and you are now approved. If you would prefer those TPE be removed from something else please feel free to PM me again and I will change it
