*S25 DSFL RB Rankings - SchoolboyShue - 10-14-2020 So we’re 3 games in, how’re the DSFL RBs faring? Who's balling? Who isn’t? If you were wondering, and even if you weren’t, here’s how the DSFL ball carriers are doing so far in the S25 campaign. 13. King Tutankhamun - Kansas City Coyotes Well, Tutankhamun is the worst running back in the league, and it might have to do with him being dead. Through 3 games King only has 154 yards on 40 attempts, earning less than 4 yards (3.8) a carry. Additionally Tutankhamun has yet to punch it into the end zone yet this year. With the Coyotes tough 1-2 start, don’t expect him to have a crazy turn around and jump to the top of this list. 12. Mr. Forty Two - Norfolk Seawolves A whole lot of carries, and not much to show for it. Forty Two has toted the rock a total of 91 times this year, the MOST in the entire league by a whole 24 carries. The reason Forty Two is experiencing such a high volume is because the Seawolves don’t have a backup. In those 91 carries Forty Two has amassed 275 yards, good for 3 a carry. On top of all those short gains Forty Two has only pushed across a single touchdown on the year. I think this is a stamina issue, and unless Norfolk scoops up a backup Forty Two will continue to struggle all season. 11. Anders Christiansen - Portland Pythons The backup tailback for Portland hasn’t had a bad season by any means, there are just 10 guys who are doing a little bit better. Christiansen has carried the ball 50 times in S25, racking up almost 200 yards (196) for Portland, helping carry the Pythons to a 3-0 start on the year. 10. Sirdsvaldis Miglaskēms - Dallas Birddogs The backup RB on the worst team in the DSFL (when I say worst I mean WORST) Miglaskēms only claim to fame will be the ridiculous name. Despite carrying the ball 46 times this year, Miglaskēms has only been able to rush for 190 yards (4.1 avg) and no scores behind Dallas’ abysmal O-Line. The problem isn’t Miglaskēms, the problem is Dallas. The team was last in their division last year, and it seems they’ll have the same fate in S25. 9. Sergio Kitchens - Kansas City Coyotes The “guy” for Kansas City, Kitchens has 42 rushes for 186 yards (4.4) and 2 scores 3 games into the DSFL season. Kitchens was also the first string tailback for KC last season, so it’s no surprise he’s getting the blunt of the carries for the Coyotes, who are looking to win their next game and have a bit of a reset on their shaky start. 8. Terry Yaki - London Royals Yaki has been good for London this year, just because he’s number 8 out of 13 on this list doesn’t mean he’s not. On the campaign, Yaki has been given the ball 64 times and totaled 281 yards on the season, Additionally, he has scored three times which is tied for the league lead, This is someone that we should keep an eye on, if London starts playing better football and Yaki continues to get a majority of the carries, he could have a few BIG games and really make his case for RB of the year. 7. R. Gilbot - Tijuana Luchadores I think this is a bot.. But boy is this bot balling!! In his first 3 games, Gilbot has 50 touches for 225 (4.5) and a score. The Luchadores had a tough start, losing their first 2, but eventually got their first win in week 3 when they had a tune up game against a much worse team in the form of Dallas. Gilbot had his best game to date in week 3, grounding and pounding for 88 yards against the Birddogs. Tijuana sports one of the best 1-2 punches in the league, and even though they’re sporting a bot (I’m sorry if you’re not a bot) they can continue to let their two RBs carry them to some more victories. 6. Darren Pama - Portland Pythons Pama is a S25 create, and currently leads all S25 running backs in total TPE (because I’m too broke to buy MF equipment or training apparently.) So far for Portland, Pama has journeyed 301 yards on 67 carries (4.5) and 2 big scores on the year. Now, if I’m Portland, I’m giving my capped RB more carries. Or trading for some damn linemen! Or at least some capable ones. There is no good reason why Pama shouldn’t be a top 3 running back in the league, keep an eye on this guy because he could break out in a big way at any point in the season. 5. Jamison Vermillion - Minnesota Grey Ducks The #1 option for the Grey Ducks finds himself a little lower on this list than anticipated, but to be the fifth best RB in the league through 3 weeks, can you really even complain? While Vermillion has still yet to score his first touchdown, he has almost 300 yards rushing (295) on 63 attempts, good for 4.7 yards per carry. Rumor has it that Vermillion is the fastest player in the whole DSFL, and the reigning offensive player of the year for Minnesota is looking to win that award on a much bigger stage this year, and take home offensive player of the year for the whole league. The Gray Ducks have, without a doubt, the best rushing attack in the entire DSFL. With Vermillion leading the charge, they could be making some serious waves this season. 4. B. Hana - London Royals So.. I think this is another bot? Sorry if this is a real player but I can’t find you on the TPE tracker, so we’re gonna call you a bot! Regardless if this is a computer or a real boy, Hana has been the fourth best tailback in the DSFL thus far. Hana has amassed 230 yards on just 47 carries (4.9) and is tied for the league lead in touchdowns with 3. While Hana is high on this list, I can’t imagine a bot ever winning any major awards for the league. So, with that in mind all Hana can strive to do this year is help his team win some games, and hopefully make a playoff push when the time comes. 3. Bronco Mills - Tijuana Luchadores The man with the most badass first name in the DSFL, Mills has been one tough mf to bring down all year long. The Luchadores vet has 57 touches on the year for 292 yards (5.1) and 2 scores. Unfortunately for Tijuana though they got off to a rough 1-2 start, I’m excited to see Mills will the Luchadores into some wins. There isn’t much more to say about this guy, everyone knows who he is, and everyone knows he’s a stud. Be on the lookout for this mammoth of a man when the end of season awards come around. 2. Mike Rotchburns - Minnesota Grey Ducks Ah, finally. I feel like a cocky asshole putting my own player at #2, but the numbers don’t lie, and I’m kinda sorta most definitely only going off of yards per carry. Rotchburns is the backup running back for Minnesota, but boy has he run heavy this year. After a 1,000 yard campaign in his rookie season, Rotchburns is looking to reach the milestone for a second consecutive season. So far, he has only 48 carries on the campaign, but has totaled 252 yards (5.2) and a score. I said it earlier when I was talking about Vermillion, but the Grey Ducks have the best backfield in the DSFL. No. Contest. I’m gonna be straight up with you guys, I want the offensive player of the year. Or at least RB of the year? Maybe? To do that though, need more yards per carry and more TD’s. We got 11 games left to see if I can make it happen!! 1. Cobra Kai - Dallas Birddogs It really is unfortunate that the best RB in the league is wasting all of his talent in Dallas. Despite carrying the ball 63 times for 346 yards (including a 68 yard scamper) and 2 scores for Dallas, the Birddogs are still 0-3, with one of those losses being a massive collapse against Minnesota after being up 14-0. What makes Kai so special is that he’s just a rookie! It’s not every season that you see a rookie standing ahead of the pack, if Kai can keep this up then I don’t see why he’s not the favorite for Rookie of the Year, RB of the year, MVP? Shit give this guy all of the awards. Hard to win that stuff when you’re on an 0-14 team though. So there you have it, 3 weeks in and this is what the running back picture is looking like. Where do you stand on the list? Where do your teammates stand? Lastly, if I took digs at your team I apologize. I have nothing but respect for every player from Myrtle Beach, Tijuana, Norfolk, Portland, London, Kansas City, and of course Minnesota! Hope you guys enjoyed, and I’m looking forward to remaking this list further down the road. Hope you're happy smh ![]() RE: S25 DSFL RB Rankings - ztarwarz - 10-14-2020 Do I get a bump for my return stats or no? RE: S25 DSFL RB Rankings - OrbitingDeath - 10-14-2020 Thanks for putting me first RE: S25 DSFL RB Rankings - Asked Madden - 10-14-2020 Someone from Dallas really shit in your kettle huh? Or are you just mad at getting shutout at home last season... RE: S25 DSFL RB Rankings - iStegosauruz - 10-14-2020 (10-14-2020, 11:36 AM)SchoolboyShue Wrote: 10. Sirdsvaldis Miglaskēms - Dallas Birddogs Man look at all this free fucking real estate. If your reason for bashing a team is because since their creation they've had the most immediate call-ups of any team in the DSFL and it often leaves the cupboard bare, maybe you need to reexamine what your priorities are. And I mean hey maybe you should do the math and realize in the last 4 fully complete seasons Dallas is 27-29 overall and the Ducks are 25-31. Want to include the first part of this year? You're 27-32 and Dallas is 27-32. And we're doing it while having players get immediately called up - more than y'all do - every single year. At least we didn't draft a QB with the goal of him not earning so that he could be a DSFL-lifer. But hey, maybe its just me that sees a major issue with that. Maybe I'm the only person who thinks thats a horribly unhealthy attitude for the league. So if your goal is to build a team of capped DSFL-lifers with no ISFL careers at least do it properly man, we have the same fucking record over the last 4 seasons and change lmao. RE: S25 DSFL RB Rankings - zaynzk - 10-14-2020 Choccy Milk back up RB a little salty RE: S25 DSFL RB Rankings - ztarwarz - 10-14-2020 Honestly though, if he wanted to dunk on you guys he didn't even do a good job, he didn't mention that Kai's number one slot is entirely dependent on that one run and he'd have a sub 4.5 ypc without it, instead of your record in a very unstable sim. On the other hand with that unstable sim we are 3-0, so... RE: S25 DSFL RB Rankings - Asked Madden - 10-14-2020 If you take away mahomes long throws he becomes an average quarterback...
