Looking at the update scale I think some of the math went wrong in the agility and Speed attributes! Should be 71 2/5 and 72 2/5

Youre close but I think you have the update scale just slightly wrong.
71-80 costs 5 per attribute, so 70 -> 71 costs 5, then 71 -> 72 costs 5 more, 72 -> 73 costs 5 more, so 70-73 would cost a total of 15

Gotcha I moved 2 points from agility and 1 from strength over to speed and should now comply.
