*What I am thankful for - Drip - 11-20-2020 I think, that in the year 2020, that I actually have a lot to be thankful for. Which blows my mind actually. What, with the global pandemic and murder hornets and everything else that has happened in my personal life, I was expecting to not be thankful for much. Yet, looking back over the last 11 and a half months, I do think that this has been one of the better years of my life. Early this year, I had got the opportunity to live and work in the Bahamas, which is something I had always dreamed about doing. Even when the pandemic hit and I was forced back into the US, I was able to meet a girl and make the best of the situation. We now have a dog, and will hopefully be moving into a house where we can let our 7 month old puppy run in a backyard. It's definitely felt like a lemonade year for me. The year was a big old lemon, but it was full of juice. I am also thankful that I found this community where I already feel so involved and welcomed after only being in here for about a week. I hope most of you have been able to find the silver lining this year as well. So happy thanksgiving and holiday season to all y'all! Let's make 2021 even better!
