*HO Punishment Thread - platanocat - 12-09-2020
It has been brought to my attention that fines are used as punishments in the ISFL. The following members have been fined imaginary amounts of money for punishments I made up and stated below. I these funds will be subtracted from their bank accounts and deposited into my account for super duper temporary holding until I can assess all the parties affected by their actions.
iamslm22 - $1M FINE
This user has been fined for being IA and ignoring my multiple attempts to reach out to them requesting HO personnel changes. This user was also in my fantasy group two seasons ago and didn’t let me win.
bex - $1M FINE
This user has been fined for not completing the Bachelorette competition and leaving Frost hanging like that. Literally broke his heart. Now he just posts toxic things in the London locker room. Also I’d like to see Norfolk open their locker room. I don’t know if that’s her job but she should make it happen.
Colabear - $1M FINE
This user has been fined for posting a perfectly reasonable response to my Stock Market eBay auction. While I appreciate their dedication and the promptness of their response, I don’t believe cola is healthy for bears to consume. Therefore this fine is for the disregard of the nutritional needs of animals.
SDCore - $1M FINE
This user has been fined fore voting user Joefish out of werewolf. This kind of behavior does not cultivate a welcoming and inclusive environment and is unbecoming of someone representing ISFL HO.
iStegosauruz - $5M FINE
This user has been fined for discontinuing ISFL casino game betting lines. They were sick af. This complete disregard for other users’ need to throw their money away does not align with ISFL culture.
r0tzbua - $3M FINE
This user has been fined for being a Dallas alumni. He had a choice on which GMs he could have tampered but chose Dallas. This user has also been fined for attempting to run the sim YouTube stream all by himself without holding his team members responsible for their negligence for preparation. An adequate response would have been to immediately fine them.
TomHanks - $1M FINE
This user has been fined for using his position of power to apply the rules and give fines to people. He is perfectly within his rights but I’m still bitter about Forrest Gump being like four hours long. Seriously. I had to watch it for a class assignment and it took forever.
nunccoepi - $1M FINE
This user is being fined for selecting a username that is difficult to pronounce. One of the core responsibilities of HO is to be easily reachable at all times to address league issues as they arise. Having a name that no one can spell and therefore tag is a dereliction of duty.
Swanty - $3M FINE
This user is being fined for failing to adequately represent his constituents. As a member of HO, it is his responsibility to see to the needs of those he oversees. By constantly refusing my attempts to bribe him, this user has proven himself negligent of that duty.
Ephenssta, Faded, GuitarMaster116, JPach, and Mooty99 - $1M each
These users are being fined for not fostering a friendly league environment. I am constantly active on discord and I don’t know any of these people. I haven’t been in this league for three years to be disrespected this much. At least they could drop by London and say hello every now and then.
It is in the best interest of all ISFL members to create a fun and welcoming environment for all users. These punishments were not lightly doled out and were subject of much deliberation between myself and my shadow council of advisors.
