Maybe what we should do for updating players is update them 1 hour before games sim, and give the GMs time to adjust the roster accordingly, so that players don't have to wait a week to get updated?

It would be too tough on updaters to get them down in such a specific time frame.

True but IDK about the EXACT time, maybe even just in the morning on the day of a sim. Just a way so that people's progress is updated from a game to game basis

1 week is conventional, and works. Otherwise that is adding a ton of work for updaters. People also don't earn much TPE day to day

Yeah, I guess. Just thought it was worth bringing up, but it is pretty hard to do

It would be amazing if the whole thing could work like a video game where you earn points, if its done right you know right away and the points get applied right away. Unfortunately it all has to be done each time by people, not a program. One day maybe someone can develop something, but for now it's unrealistic to have updates done even twice as frequently.
