If you want us to have a feeling of ownership of the community and continue to troubleshoot issues, help new people, etc, then you need to accept that people will feel responsible for developments even if their name isn't the right color.  If you don't want us feeling involved, then make more of an effort to work out the kinks before they come to us. 

I'm still working on an archetype proposal as well.  Should I abandon that as well since my name isn't colored to indicate "position balancer?"
