*The Banana Bird Is Dead And Baltimore Is No More. - Thiath - 04-01-2021

Greetings dear readers of the ISFL. I come to you on this, April 1st in the year of our lord 2021 with a most important announcement. The infamous Banana Bird of Baltimore has perished. That is not all however, I come bearing news of even greater significance. Baltimore has decided to relocate to Gary Indiana. Yes you read that correctly, after 28 seasons in the ISFL the Baltimore Hawks are heading for greener pastures. This decision did not come easily, though we felt it was necessary to prove this team holds our future above all else. As such it is my humble privilege to introduce you to the newest addition to the ISFL. The Gary Indiana Geriatrics.

Ladies and gentlemen of the ISFL, please give a warm welcome to Jerry the Geriatric. The face of a new era in the ISFL. We are hopeful that football fans will come to love him as much as we do! Now, that is not the only bit of news I have for you. @Hallmonitor_20 has agreed that as part of this new era, some fresh faces should take the reigns. As such I am humbled to accept this incredible honor of becoming the GM of the Gary Geriatrics. 

My first act as GM was to address the growing conflict between first round picks Busch Goose and Luke Quick. Over the last few weeks we have done all we could to repair relations, however, Mr Quick as failed to abide by his agreements to feed Mr Goose on at least 7 recorded occasions. As such, with a great deal of sadness I'm afraid all that was left to do was seek a trade before anymore damage could be done. I wanted to be the first to announce that Busch Goose has been traded to the Las Vegas Legion. We got a call from their front office early this morning of an offer for 2 first round picks and a promise of an expansion slot. We wish Mr Goose our very best, and hope he enjoys his new home. Though I have not been able to get into contact with them since, I know they are eager to see him start. That is all I have for you at this time, I look forward to the future of this team, and the infinite potential I've seen from them.
