Well, now that I've been interrupted from my daily yelling at clouds, I get to give you all some good news but still be ornery about it.
So, due to the inability of many ISFLers to understand how dates and deadlines work, I've worked with Head Office to determine that we'll be re-opening the voucher claim thread for everyone who couldn't properly follow the rules to claim a voucher for 2x Media.
You *still* have until:
MONDAY, MAY 31st, IN THE YEAR OF OUR LORD 2021, BY 11:59PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME
to use your voucher.
You just also have until then now to claim a voucher as well.
We'll go over the steps one more time as well, so we're on the same page.
1. Claim your voucher in the voucher claim thread. Just post "claim". Done.
2. Write (or record) your media. (Important Note: Doing a "2x" podcast does NOT mean everyone that's a guest on your show gets 2x. Just the person with the voucher. If multiple people are using it for the same Podcast, please link all vouchers as detailed below.)
3. When you post your media, LINK YOUR CLAIM POST TO THE TOP OF THE MEDIA. If you do not do this, you will *NOT* get your double media. It isn't the job of the graders to scroll through 10+ pages in the claim thread to find your post. I think that's understandable and fair. We won't go back and update it once it's graded, so please be cognizant of this.
4. Sit back, and enjoy that financial windfall you'll be getting.
Remember, you have until May 31st to claim and post your media for 2x. You are only allowed ONE 2x media piece. Anyone caught trying to game the system will be fined $5,000,000. Maybe more now that we opened this up even longer. Don't be the guy (or girl, or robot, or shape, or refrigerator, etc) that ruins this stuff for everyone in the future!

Yeah, that's literally my entire point. Post something Friday night that you have a day and a half to do, and then come on Monday to do the weekly update and OOPS.. too late...
