Dex Kennedy Retires - Dagumpa - 06-17-2021 I had a ton of fun with Dex Kennedy. He always put up great stats, despite being on struggling teams for most of his career. Last season with the Copperheads was, by far, my favorite season in sim league history for one of my players. Winning Ultimus would've been icing on the cake, but it was a wild ride from start to finish and we all loved it. Kennedy probably won't be a Hall of Famer, but a Defensive Player of the Year and the active leader in single-season tackles hopefully gives Dex plenty of reasons to be remembered.  This is my first time retiring a player in a sim league. And it pains me to do it with my favorite player ever. But I feel like I've given enough bad luck to all of the teams I've played for. That roster that we were a part of in Minnesota was something that I'll honestly remember forever, so it's sad seeing so many players from it retire.
