*Ain't no rest for the simmer - WildfireMicro - 06-18-2021 I was inspired by @Zoone16 to write this from his Sim Star parody so here you go: Ain't no rest for the simmer I was about to go to sleep when out of the corner of my eye I saw a notification come to me It was private message from a eager new scout asking me to come play and be a star for thier team They said if I keep earning right the results would be nice and we can win some tiles maybe I said "it is midnight right now why are you still awake?" They took a moment and this is what they typed Oh there ain't no rest for the simmer Earnings don't grow on trees I got stats to increase I got money to earn only the AC comes for free I know I can't slow down I can't hold back Even though I wish I could Oh there ain't no rest for the simmer Until we finally retire for good Now a couple months past I was in the war room the draft was winding down and coming to an end So I went to the forums and clicked the announcements and what I saw I almost couldn't comprehend I saw a leaker man being banned he had leaked the whole damn draft he's going to lose all his players dollar bills But even still I can't say much because I know a lot of us are kind of the same we like to satisfy these sim thrills Oh there ain't no rest for the simmer Earnings don't grow on trees I got stats to increase I got money to earn only the AC comes for free I know I can't slow down I can't hold back Even though I wish I could Oh there ain't no rest for the simmer Until we finally retire for good Yes I know I missed a verse but this was hard enough to come up with RE: Ain't no rest for the simmer - Zoone16 - 06-18-2021 They do say imitation is the most sincere form of flattery after all...
