Hey man, welcome to the site. For player attributes there is a scale to updating.
0-50 - costs 1 TPE to go up 1 point
51-70 - costs 2 TPE to go up 1 point
71-80 - costs 5 TPE to go up 1 point
81-90 - costs 10 TPE to go up 1 point
91-100 - costs 15 TPE to go up 1 point

So for example if you went from 70 to 71, that would cost 5 tpe. Your going to have to got through your attributes and apply the scale. If you have any questions let me know!

Tackling: 65>>75 +35
Speed: 55>>60 +10
= 110
