Apparently many people didn't know you can link your update and your roster page so they appear under your username.

to add on, on you update page, make the link end in: &action=lastpost

This will take you directly to the last post

Also, if you want to quickly navigate to someone else's roster/update page, you can click on the two icons at the bottom left of that user's post. The roster page is the football icon and the update page is the up arrow

They will appear if that user has done the steps above
