It is with a heavy heart that I am announcing the Jbearly Memorial Pick-up Football Game.
RIP Jbearly February 2, 1994-August 13, 2017
With the passing of our dear friend Jbearly I would like to hold a memorial game in his honor. To do this I would like to put together two teams of people who want to pay their respects. Anybody can participate, post here if you’re interested of being a part of this.
The date is TBD but I will let you know as it gets closer.
Teams will be picked by team captains from the pool of players. I’m thinking two captains per team. If you are interested in being a captain post why I should select you in this thread. I will be solely responsible for making the captain selections as the organizer of the event and Jbearly’s best friend.
I will be minimizing bot play time the best I can in the sim. If we don’t have enough OL or DL or other positions we’ll be plugging people into those positions.
Let me know if you have questions.
Note: Jbearly isn’t actually dead, his mom just grounded him from his computer, we will still be holding this event though.
Edit: I am actually going to assemble the teams the captains pick and sim the game. Also, why would I tag a dead guy?

As one of Jbears dearest friends it would be my honor to represent him as a captain in this memorial game.
Jbear had a lot of faith in me when he drafted me to the Otters and I feel I have failed him in that respect. Please allow me to show my respect for him as a captain and to repay the faith he showed in me all those days ago.
