- Busch Goose will NOT be (seriously) asked to switch to Quarterback, otherwise the contract is void and the team must cut him.
- Busch Goose will NOT be (seriously) asked to become General Manager, sim test, or to scout players, otherwise the contract is void and the team must cut him.
- Busch Goose is allowed to be tampered.
- Busch Goose will be the kick and punt returner.
- The Baltimore Hawks organization must provide a field of Kentucky Bluegrass for the exclusive use of Busch Goose and anyone he invites.
- The Baltimore Hawks organization will deduct monies from Luke Quick's salary not for breadcrumbs but the ingredients to make breadcrumbs, which is not a breach of Quick's contract. The Hawks organization will then be responsible for making said breadcrumbs at high quality for every practice for Busch Goose.
- The Baltimore Hawks organization must produce more Busch Goose jerseys and other Busch Goose apparel/memorabilia than Luke Quick jerseys/apparel/memorabilia. In stadium stores, Busch Goose's jersey must be displayed more prominently than Luke Quick's.
