That's right, I haven't forgotten about this project. In fact, I've got the whole rest of the list done already and have since the first part was posted oh so long ago. The problem is actually writing this stuff up just drags on me. So I'm going to do basically the same kind of thing I did on the first part, where I kind of skip big chunks of teams around the middle, because it's dang hard to come up with something interesting to say about every team ever, alright?
Anyway, this section of the project will rank every team that made the playoffs, but fell short of an Ulitmus appearance.

90. S7 Arizona Outlaws 5-9-0 (0.357)
Points For: 25.5 (-0.21%)
Points Against: 30.9 (+21.03%)
Point Differential: -5.4
Pythagorean Win %: 0.388
The worst team to ever make the playoffs. Based on the list from Part 1 of this series, in the history of the league I would say like 70 or so teams that missed the playoffs were better than this. As a matter of fact, the San Jose team they beat out on a tie breaker was #68 on the Tier IV list. Meanwhile, 7-7 Baltimore missed the playoffs in the NSFC.
89. S18 Colorado Yeti 5-8-0 (0.385)
Points For: 20.8 (-14.51%)
Points Against: 26.1 (+6.94%)
Point Differential: -5.2
Pythagorean Win %: 0.370
Most notably this was Louisiana Purchase's rookie season. Just kidding, Purchase was never notable. This was kind of a weird season overall, as only 3 of the 10 teams finished with winning records.
88. S24 Chicago Butchers 7-9-0 (0.438)
Points For: 18.8 (-15.59%)
Points Against: 25.2 (+13.02%)
Point Differential: -6.4
Pythagorean Win %: 0.334
The infamous S24 season that saw 4 teams in the ASFC go 9-7 had a 7-9 team sneak in in the NSFC. While the two above teams had worse records, this is actually the worst point differential for playoff teams.
87. S22 Sarasota Sailfish 6-7-0 (0.462)
Points For: 16.8 (-17.46%)
Points Against: 20.5 (+0.25%)
Point Differential: -3.6
Pythagorean Win %: 0.387
Sarasota's inaugural season. As is so often the case here, this team made it in on a tiebreaker, while teams with better records (8-5 in this case) in the other division missed the playoffs.
86. S4 Philadelphia Liberty 7-7-0 (0.500)
Points For: 18.9 (-17.80%)
Points Against: 25.0 (+8.57%)
Point Differential: -6.1
Pythagorean Win %: 0.341
If you recall, S4 also resulted in the 9-5 San Jose team that missed the playoffs, the best team to do so.
85. S17 San Jose SaberCats 6-7-0 (0.462)

S17 is another interesting one, maybe the most even all-around season, as no team reached double digit wins or double digit losses

In Chicago's last and possibly best chance in their most recent championship window, they didn't just miss out on the Ultimus, they couldn't even make it to the conference championship, losing in the first round to Colorado.

Points Against: 17.7 (-25.85%)
Point Differential: +10.0
Pythagorean Win %: 0.743
Despite their tremendous success, it's worth noting that OCO has had some disappointments as well, as shown with these next few listings. This team is the one that was lead by one of the best QB seasons ever in Armstrong's 26-2 ratio season, but they couldn't get by New Orleans.
6. S14 Orange County Otters 11-3-0 (0.786)
Points For: 31.5 (+23.75%)
Points Against: 20.1 (-21.15%)
Point Differential: +11.4
Pythagorean Win %: 0.744
We just saw S14 Baltimore on the list, meaning this was one of the most shocking playoffs, as neither of the top 2 teams in the league made it to the Ultimus.
5. S16 Orange County Otters 10-3-0 (0.769)
Points For: 32.1 (+30.31%)
Points Against: 18.8 (-23.75%)
Point Differential: +13.3
Pythagorean Win %: 0.781
After having the 2nd best offense in the league, this team kind of got embarrassed in the playoffs, only putting up 3 points against eventual champions Arizona.
4. S13 San Jose SaberCats 12-2-0 (0.857)
Points For: 29.9 (+13.32%)
Points Against: 19.7 (-25.35%)
Point Differential: +10.2
Pythagorean Win %: 0.729
One thing that I've noticed of most of the high ranking teams on this list is that they tend to lose to the Ultimus champions rather than the runner-ups. Can't decide if that makes logical sense or is just a coincidence.
3. S22 Yellowknife Wraiths 11-2-0 (0.846)
Points For: 31.2 (+53.02%)
Points Against: 15.1 (-26.13%)
Point Differential: +16.2
Pythagorean Win %: 0.849
Going by the comparison to league average, this is actually the strongest offensive team ever, lead by Cooter Bigsby winning his second MVP and Mathias Hanyadi winning his second OPotY.
2. S4 Arizona Outlaws 12-2-0 (0.857)
Points For: 31.1 (+34.94%)
Points Against: 14.5 (-37.03%)
Point Differential: +16.6
Pythagorean Win %: 0.859
The end of Arizona's reign of terror over the league. This team was easily the best in the regular season, finishing three games above next best team and eventual champion OCO.
1. S7 Yellowknife Wraiths 13-1-0 (0.929)
Points For: 33.4 (+30.82%)
Points Against: 19.4 (-23.97%)
Point Differential: +14.0
Pythagorean Win %: 0.783
Boasting MVP, OPotY, and Most Outstanding Player (they were more lenient on stacking awards back then) Mat Akselsen, this is one of only three 1-loss teams in league history. Unlike the others though this one fell well short of the championship.
