(S31) PT 4 - Dirt
Complete the weekly Point Task to earn 3 TPE! All written responses must be at least 200 words. PT's may be submitted in another language, as long as you mention what language you are translating into, to make the job of the grader easier.
Do not claim this TPE until it has been graded and posted to the S30 claim thread. This task is due next Sunday, October 10th 2021, at 11:59 ET. Have fun and get writing!
Written option: In a recent interview with a well known print publication, the reporter suggested that they had some “dirt” on you, from your past. What could the reporter possibly have on you and how would you handle the situation?
Graphic option: Create a graphic displaying what a reporter could possibly know about you as "dirt". Make sure to put more effort into this than a low-effort image taken from google with text slapped onto it.
Affiliate claims from SHL and PBE and WSBL are accepted; link directly to your post and add a note if your username is different there. Make sure the week of the affliate PT matches with the week of this point task. *For WSBL Submissions, we will not allow the draftee PT, you must submit the PT #1 from there if you wish to receive affliation credit. *
Written and graphic responses must be posted solely in this thread and not for additional media credit. Also, if you try to build your word count by being super repetitive and rambling on, you will not get full credit. If you are caught plagiarizing/stealing someone else’s work, you will be punished as HO sees fit, including the potential loss of TPE or money. Do your own work please. If you have a non-full PT pass and would like to use it this week, make sure to post in the thread. No need to post in the thread if you have a full PT Pass.

I mean, I'm a tree so dirt is welcomed and I have a very nonchalant feeling about the the reporter having dirt on me. Dirt is one of the foundation for society and even though many of us are in concrete jungles. Dirt is still the foundation of it. We build our cornfields, whiskey and bonfires on it. I actually encourage all reporters to bring more dirt to trees as it is a very crucial part of our world and without dirt we wouldn't be playing the great game of football as we know it today. we take a shovel to it and painted goal posts through it. I suggest more people get closer to dirt, get your hands in it, plant your roots in it. But keep in mind that not all dirt is created equally there are many different types of dirt and different plants require different types one being the red rust clay you grew up on shaded by an elm. Another being the sandy soil of Arizona full of minerals waiting to be broken down. There is loam soil that is great for the standard garden plants. Bring on the dirt, it made my lunch. It made my salad my sandwich and my milk and my munch.

Bruce Buckley knows he has some demons in his closet and he isn’t surprised that a reported is mentioning that he has dirt on him.
It’s well known that prior to entering the league, Bruce Buckley had anger issues that resulted in physical violence allegedly occurring. The most notable allegation relates to former NSFL reporter turned high school football coach Dan Murphy. Prior to Bruce Buckley being drafted into the DSFL, he was involved in a hot-headed rivalry with the NSFL Times reporter that leaked into print media and over twitter.
As part of the beef, the NSFL Times arranged a sit down interview between Bruce Buckley and Dan Murphy. In the aftermath of this interview, according to Buckley that Dan Wheldon “fell down the stairs” in what he described as a “freak accident”. Murphy has never acknowledged this incident in public after recovering from the injuries sustained on the day. In fact, murphy retired from the paper and went into the world of football coaching, refusing to acknowledge the incident.
But this day has remained on the pages of dirt sheets throughout his illustrious career. Rumous circulated every time something positive was happening in his career, from Ultimus appearances, to his Offensive Lineman of the Year Awards. But as the curtains are closing on his illustrious career, the dirt is getting stronger about that mysterious day prior to being drafted into the DSFL. Rumours of CCTV footage and statements by Dan Murphy. Rumours of Non Disclosure Agreements and pay-offs have been circulating and strengthening. Will they cancel the GOAT?

Jay Cue Jr. past is clean as a whistle who has been put to an industrial dishwasher and then dropped on a bucket filled with hand sanitizer. There is absolutely nothing that can be used against him, either to blackmail him or just to make him look bad in front of his millions of fans. Unless you are a prude in this day and age, and his involvement with strip clubs is making you uncomfortable, which makes absolutely no sense to me.
So, a reporter telling me he has some dirt about my life is nothing more than a weak bluff to try and get me to admit something and for him to get a few more clicks on his articles. Usual stuff that Cue Jr. normally throws to his lawyers to deal with, so that he can focus again on carrying that sorry ass YKW team to the playoffs.
Unless that is the dirt, the fact that the reporter knew that Cue carries the YKW team and then decided to make a quick buck out of it. But i feel sorry for him, as that so called dirt is nothing more, nothing less, than common knowledge.
The press keeps trying to get in Cue's head, but so far, no luck.
