With more and more records being broken each week, here are 13 records that may stand for a while (I did not use the ones that cannot be broken anymore, i.e. 100% field goals):
Passing TDs - C. Orosz - 6
While it is possible that someone will throw 7 touchdowns one day, that is a very lucky day to have and very unlikely. I think 6 is a very good number already and will be there for a while.
Passing interceptions - M. Boss - 6
With everyone becoming better and better it is unlikely that anyone would ever throw 7 interceptions. This record may be for the ages.
Receiving TDs - A. LeClair - 3
It is certainly possible that someone will get 4 touchdowns one day, but LeClair can breathe for a while, this record will last.
Interceptions - I. Rashad - 3
Most quarterbacks never even throw 4 interceptions in a game, let alone to the same person. Rashad's record may be one for the ages.
Tackles - K. Hendrix - 15
This one may not be as solid as the other ones. 16 tackles would be an insane amount but it is certainly plausible that that could happen one day.
Sacks - A. Tomlinson - 5
With defensive ends dominating, I could see someone like J. Tuck challenging this record, but at the same time offensive lines are not as bad as they once were. This one will stand.
Forced fumbles - K. Hendrix - 2
Most games do not have 3 fumbles, let alone by the same guy. Very unlikely that this ever changes, but there could be a fluke one day I suppose.
Fumbles recovered - D. Wiley - 2
Similar to above, it is very unlikely that this ever changes, but with a very lucky game, maybe it would.
Longest Punt Return - B. Westfield - 84
Now, this one may be broken. 84 doesn't seem close enough to the limit yet. But punt returns are rare and anything longer than that would mean catching a ball close to your own ten yard line and returning it.
Longest Kick Return - S. Weston - 103
To be fair, I said the same last week when the record was 101 and then it got broken immediately. However, at 103 it is very unlikely that this will get broken any time soon now.
Field Goals Attempted - J. Langdon - 7
It is possible that in the right game, 8 field goals could be attempted, but 7 already seems like a very high number.
Extra points attempted - C. Ronaldo - 9
In an extremely high scoring game, it is possible that more extra points would be attempted but 9 already seems like the limit to me.
Extra points made - C. Ronaldo - 8
Same as above, though if someone made 100% of theirs, this could potentially be broken.

Also interesting, one of those records was broken 1 game after this article. F. Harris had 16 tackles.

Well like I said in the article, the record is only broken if you go above it. That is why some of these are hard to break, like that one. Getting 7 is hard.

And yet another record broken that was on this list. Man I really jinxed it. Phelps had a 107 yard kickoff return touchdown.
