*Tremps S32 ISFL Mock Draft 1.1 - Trempale - 10-18-2021

The regular Season is over and I think it’s time for another version of Tremps Mock Draft!
As you might notice when you compare this Mock Draft to the last, some Players will still go to the same team but just at different spots. That’s mostly because I can only go off of Team needs and TPE values. I do have 2 picks that are based off of Team connections. I will mention those two.

Without further ado here is the first overall Pick in the S32 ISFL Draft!

1.1 OCO Orange County Otters - Pasta The Turtle - LB
Well, this Pick didn’t change and it’s no surprise either! Pasta is on route for DPOY or at least DROY! He is at 260 TPE already and keeps on grinding! He will be the heart of the OCO Defense for many Seasons to come! He will be a serious force to be reckoned with next season at Portland. Especially if you keep in mind that Spicy Ron, a fellow S32 Rookie is his LB Partner. Thats a Spicy Pasta Duo at LB for Portland. Can’t wait to see them next season!

1.2 BAL Baltimore Hawks - De’Aaron Harper II - CB
De’Aaron Harper II still fills a huge need for Baltimore. They could take Modern Nazgul here as well but I’m going with Harper II just based off of TPE. Baltimore could also go OL, QB, TE or LB here but they have 2 more Picks in the 2nd round. There is enough depth at either of those positions to wait a bit and go fill their glaring hole!

1.3 NOLA New Orleans Secondline - Zephyr “Tater” GreyWolf - LB
NOLA needs a Linebacker and Zephyr is the best LB left in the draft. He was head to head with Pasta The Turtle for a while but he kind of fell off a bit towards the end. Hopefully he can recover and make a run for best LB next season! He will play in an insane London Defense next season!

1.4 SJS San Jose SaberCats - Lenard Graf - TE
The race for best Tight End is very close. In fact, Deshawn Penne overtook Lenard Graf after his T6 Equipment purchase. Stats wise Lenard Graf is a tiny bit ahead but it’s not a lot. I think both Tight Ends will be drafted in the first Round. It’s just about who goes first. It will be either SJS or YKW. So I can obviously see SJS pick up Deshawn Penne.

1.5 NYS New York Silverbacks - Doc Fireball - DE
Doc was the first overall pick in last Season’s DSFL Draft. He did prove that he belongs in the first round by capping with the last Update of the Season. Very well done, he caught up a lot towards the season! NYS have a need at LB but I don’t think they can pass up such a good defensive Talent!

1.6 PHI Philadelphia Liberty - Modern Nazgul - CB
Modern Nazgul is without a doubt in the Top 2 for Cornerbacks. He could even be the best Cornerback in this draft. He had some stellar performances in his rookie Season and he’ll hope to carry on like that. Philadelphia have a need at CB and Modern Nazgul will be just the right guy to fill that need. Philadelphia get a really good pick here!

1.7 YKW Yellowknife Wraiths - Deshawn Penne - TE
This pick doesn’t change compared to my last Mock Draft. As I said earlier, YKW and SJS need TE’s desperately and since SJS picked up Lenard Graf earlier this is the most obvious pick for now. Both Tight Ends have a very good chance at immediate call ups. Which will be rough at first but I think both Tight Ends will be up for the challenge. Obviously if SJS pick up Deshawn Penne then this pick turns into Lenard Graf. YKW have to make this pick either now or they gamble and pick a Tight End with their 9th selection.

1.8 BER Berlin Fire Salamander - Lalu Muhammad Zohri - RB
Zohri had an epic Rookie Season and it will hopefully continue for him in the playoffs! He is in contention for OROY and he will wreck the DSFL in Year 2! Berlin need a RB in the future and Zohri will make sure that he’s ready for it when they call him up. Can’t wait to see him perform for Berlin in the upcoming Seasons!

1.9 YKW Yellowknife Wraiths - Kalam Mekhar - LB
This is one of those earlier mentioned “Connection Picks”, Kalam Mekhar is in the YKW war room and I think YKW will do their best to keep their User in the Team. Mekhar is TPE wise the best Linebacker left so this pick also makes sense. YKW will go into rebuild mode and Mekhar will be a very good defensive cornerstone for the Defense!

1.10 ARI Arizona Outlaws - Jack Lewis - K/P
I’m not 100 % happy with this pick, not because of the User. Jack Lewis is like I said in my last mock draft, one heck of a player/User. Check out his Helmet designs, they are Awesome! Arizona has a need at K/P and Jack Lewis could definitely fill that need but I feel like there are better players left in the draft. Especially if you look at positional needs.

1.11 SAR Sarasota Sailfish - Escanor Sama - WR
Escanor is balling this season! He is, same as Zohri, in contention for OROY. He has a pretty good case for it as well. He is tearing Defenses apart as WR2. Can’t wait to see what he can do as WR1 next season! CBs be aware Smile Sarasota fill a need with a baller at WR. Sama will be a force to be reckoned with in the upcoming seasons.

1.12 CHI Chicago Butchers - LaDamien Beck - S
This pick stayed the same just based on the fact that all teams have good Safeties. Chicago doesn't have a glaring hole to fill. They could also go Defensive Line as Starboy pointed out but I don’t think picking up a DT here is worth it. On top of that, you can’t go wrong with a User like LaDamien Beck!

1.13 COL Colorado Yeti - Mrs. “Stacks” McHits - OL
This is the second “Connection Pick” I mentioned earlier. This is a pretty obvious pick on top of that Mrs McHits is now the highest rated Offensive Lineman(woman?). I can see Colorado trade up just to make sure that they pick up Mrs McHits. Last years 1st Round pick for Colorado is Mr McHits and Colorado will definitely want to keep the couple together.

1.14 AUS Austin Copperheads - Spicy Ron - LB
Austin has a need at Linebacker and decides to jump at the best Linebacker available. The second part of the Spicy Pasta duo. Both will be a force at Portland next season and Austin has the time to let him develop in the DSFL for a season or two. He will definitely make an Impact once he gets called up!

2.1 OCO Orange County Otters - Mauler Panda - OL
As I predicted in the last mock draft as well. This is where the run on Offensive Lineman begins. Mauler Panda is definitely in the top 3 for best OL in this draft, so I’ll send him to Orange County. He will develop into a huge help for OCO in the future!

2.2 BAL Baltimore Hawks - Dallas Fort-Worth - OL
The Hawks jump on the Offensive Lineman hype train as well and bolster their OL. They already traded for Bruce Buckly during the season. They are preparing for great seasons to come! Dallas Fort-Worth is definitely the best OL left so far. A good pick up!

2.3 NOLA New Orleans Secondline - Troy Barnes - WR
I’d call this a bit of a steal. Troy Barnes has a tiny bit more TPE than Escanor Sama, who went at Nr. 11 to Sarasota. Troy Barnes was a solid earner in his first season and I think he’ll keep it up for the next couple seasons! NOLA manages to bolster their Wide Receiver corps for the next couple years. They’ll be happy with that pick!

2.4 SJS San Jose SaberCats - John Riggins - RB
John Riggins earned well towards the end of the season, he is above 200 TPE and will most likely be capped at the beginning of his 2nd DSFL Season. I expect some good performances out of him in London! San Jose picks up a solid earner, that’s all they’re hoping for in the draft!

2.5 BAL Baltimore Hawks - Tobias Worthington III - QB
KC 15 is the last part of the trio that is in contention for OROY! He got the starting job in Minnesota as a rookie and managed to get last season's champions (maybe) back into the playoffs! Baltimore picks the first QB of the draft. I still struggle to find the best spot for QBs as most teams have the QB position already figured out.

2.6 PHI Philadelphia Liberty - Garfield Despacito III - DT
Philly could use another DT and they grab the best DT in the draft, Garfield Despacito III. Garfield became Defensive captain in his rookie season with Bondi Beach and instantly had an impact on and off the field. He’ll bolster the position for Philly for years to come!

2.7 YKW Yellowknife Wraiths - A Kicker - OL
This might be considered a bit of a reach but YKW really needs human OL players. I can see them go with someone else with this pick. I’m also not 100 % happy with this pick. If you have any suggestions for this pick, please let me know!

2.8 BER Berlin Fire Salamanders - Arnie Rufus - DT
Berlin manages to fill their two needs in the first two rounds. Well done! Berlin is using 2 DT’s and their second DT is nearing retirement. Which makes this an even better pick up! I can see them picking up Garfield Despacito III if he does drop down to Berlin’s pick.

2.9 HON Honolulu Hahalua - Dakota Grossman - CB
This is Hahaluas first pick and they have a need at CB. They take the best CB left in the draft and hope that he develops into a stud. Dakot Grossman had a decent Rookie Season but he could have developed a bit better compared to the top 2 CBs in this draft.

2.10 ARI Arizona Outlaws - Toucan Sam - WR
Arizona has a small need for WR and Toucan Sam is the best WR left in the draft. They’ll hope he develops further and luckily they have time to let him develop in the DSFL for a season or two. This could be a risky pick in my opinion. Toucan Sam either takes off and catches the other two WRs or he will let off a bit and disappear.

2.11 SAR Sarasota Sailfish - Dragazor Blaze - CB
Sarasota has a small need at Cornerback and they wait patiently until the end of the second round to fill that need due to the top 2 CBs being already picked in the first round. Same as the last couple picks, Sarasota will hope that Dragazor will develop into a stud in the future. Thankfully they can let him develop a bit in the DSFL.

2.12 CHI Chicago Butchers - Franklin Turtle - DT
As Starboy mentioned in the comments of my last Mock Draft. Chicago could use a DE/DT player. The quality behind the top 2 is letting off a bit but Chicago will hope that Franklin will turn into his Turtle mate, Pasta the Turtle. Franklin is joining a really good situation as Chicago gets ready for the playoffs tonight.

2.13 COL Colorado Yet - Lance Witt - S
Colorado has a bit of a need at CB and Lance Witt could potentially fill the nickel CB role. It’s a long shot but it’s the best I could come up with at the end of the second round. It’s gonna be tough to predict these late picks!

2.14 AUS Austin Copperheads - Rocky Rhoads - RB
Steal of the Draft! By far! Rocky Rhoads drops far because most teams already have Running Backs and we also have two other insane RB Prospects! Austin secures the future at RB with this insane pick! I expected Rocky Rhoads to be gone earlier but I couldn’t figure out which team he could go to!

This concludes my second ISFL Mock Draft. Maybe I can get another one in before the ISFL Draft begins. It will be close.
Just some small notes, I am aware that NYS will need a QB at some point in the draft but I think they’ll pick one up in the third, since they traded their 2nd round pick.
As I said earlier, it’s very tough to predict where the QBs will land, as each team is pretty set at such an important Position!
It doesn’t make it easier, that all 3 of the QBs are basically on the same level!

As always, if you have any feedback let me know and I’ll try to keep that in mind for my Mock Draft 1.2!!
