Hiring: Dotts Department Head - mithrandir - 11-22-2021 Dotts is searching for a new department head.  Pay: $7M a season Job Responsibilities: Hire and train card creators and pack issuers Assign work to card creators  Post payouts to forums Add and pull cards from circulation Communicate with Head Office, the public, the web developers, and the Dotts administrative staff Desired Qualifications: Organized and able to manage a regularly recurring season schedule (hopefully better than I did) Have a clear vision of how to improve Dotts while maintaining our long-standing projects Ability to coordinate with many people Training: You will not be thrown into the fire. I will be sticking around on staff to help smooth the transition.
