Arizona Outlaws Running Back and league superstar Reg Mackworthy has run wild in this 2nd season, leading the Outlaws on offense to a record of 11-2 through 14 weeks of play. Still one game to go but Mackworthy has already done enough by racking up a total of 2096 yards from scrimmage to be the favorite for Offensive player of the year and MVP. He's set numerous league and team records this season including most rushing yards in a game with 126, most carries in a game with 38 and most punt return yards with 413.
Mackworthy has rushed for 998 yards so far, on 304 carries, scored 5 rushing touchdowns. He's also the #1 ranked receiving running back with 179 receiving yards and 3 touchdown receptions. That's not all, he's also racked up the most punt return yards in the league with 413 and has 1 return touchdown. Oh and he's managed to return kick offs also to the tune of 506 yards with a 21.1 avg. The guy is an absolute beast. He does everything and is the catalyst for a dominant Outlaws team who's coming off an Ultimus Trophy Championship in season 1 and are currently the favorite to repeat in season 2.
Reg Mackworthy has had an absolutely huge season and it's been a joy to watch him flash his skills out there every week. He sets a great example of what hard work and determination can get you in this league. Arizona made the right choice by handing him the reigns this season. Their record and his numbers speak for themself.
