Complete the weekly Point Task to earn 3 TPE! All written responses must be at least 150 words. PT's may be submitted in another language, as long as you mention what language you are translating into, to make the job of the grader easier.

Do not claim this TPE until it has been graded and posted to the S32 claim thread. This task is due next Sunday, December 5, 2021, at 11:59 ET. Have fun and get writing!

Written option: The time has come to hang up the pads. What does your players life look like after football? Will they explore brand new ventures or stay close to the game?

Graphic option: Create a graphic displaying your player in retirement.

Affiliate claims from SHL and PBE and WSBL are accepted; link directly to your post and add a note if your username is different there. Make sure the week of the affliate PT matches with the week of this point task.

Written and graphic responses must be posted solely in this thread and not for additional media credit. Also, if you try to build your word count by being super repetitive and rambling on, you will not get full credit. If you are caught plagiarizing/stealing someone else’s work, you will be punished as HO sees fit, including the potential loss of TPE or money. Do your own work please. If you have a non-full PT pass and would like to use it this week, make sure to post in the thread. No need to post in the thread if you have a full PT Pass.

If you have ideas for future PTs, visit the link below, and your idea may be used next week!!

I have had enough of this bullshit! Another game, another dozen yellow tissues thrown at me for being too rough. Since when was roughing someone a bad thing? My stats are showing less than 1 tackle per game, because all the times I crush these puny opponents, they tell me it doesn't count! How am I supposed to do my job of hurting the QB when they won't even let me get to him?

They have these fat lads trying to block me, and every time I body slam them, I get yelled at? Well EXCUSE ME for being good at my job!

I can't pick them up, I can't clothesline them, I can't elbow them, I can't even touch their helmets! Where I'm from it's just good manners to take off your helmet and have a proper go at each other. None of this hiding behind protection nonsense.

I WOULD LIKE TO RAGE... QUIT

I'm going home to work on the farm.

After football Cue Jr. will still be looking like a freaking beast, an underwear model. He will be the face of the league as usual, joining up his predecessor, Jay Cue Sr.
Also, he will follow his family all around the globe in different sports. Ice hockey (times 2), soccer, football, the whole nine yards. Tue Cue family is spread out to dominate the sports. The only problem with this domination is that they normally suck at what they do, which makes it a little bit harder regarding total domination. But still, the intention counts.
As the face of different franchises, the Cues get a steady income, in the 10 figures yearly. Not great by any means, but it is enough for them to live frugally as you would expect. Maybe they need to start asking for some more money, considering all the income they bring in sponsorships.
A mutiny might be in books sooner rather than later.

Wow - I have to think about my retirement? So soon after just starting my career? I'm only on my third season. I have done one one season in the DSFL and on my second in the ISFL. So thinking about my retirement is jsut so far away that I do not want to think about it. Let alone know that I will one day be retiring is so daunting. So to answer the question, I think I would stay around the sport. I might coach? I might coach kids. But I think what my dream job would be after I retire is to become a sports commentator. I could start as a sideliner or even be one of the guys that talks to the players after the game. I know i'm not as good looking as the chicks that currently do it. But I guess my dream would be to be up in the booth and commentating as it happens. What a thrill. If that does not happen, maybe I'll start my own footy show that analyses the game and interviews different players etc.

This is my ISFL rookie season, fresh off 3 seasons with London, and now we are already talking about retirement? Well, if it was time for QB Dustin Parmelee to retire and hang up the cleats, what would be in store for him for life after football? Well of course, it would be more football. I would like to say he would follow the footsteps of Tony Romo and get a gig announcing games in the booth. However, I don’t think that will be close enough to the game for him. Parm carries a lot of knowledge about the game of football, and after reading defenses for the entirety of his career, and dissecting play after play, it would only be proper for Dustin Parmelee to get a head coaching job. He would have to pay his dues though and probably start off as a QB Coach or an offensive coordinator position unless he was lucky enough to interview for and receive a head coaching bid. Not many first-time coaches are that lucky, so just like the DSFL and ISFL, I will take the correct steps to become a successful head coach. That’s what Parm would be doing after he hung up his cleats. Trade them in for a clip board.
