hey jpd,
for your first claim, you have to wait until the thread gets locked and ErMurazor makes a post in the claim thread (http://nsfl.jcink.net/index.php?showtopic=4516). Then, you can link that here, and claim your TPE.
Season predictions are based on the end of the regular season standings, so you'll have to wait until the season ends for another claim thread, and you being able to earn your TPE.
Also, since your balance is at 458,000 and pro cleats would cost 3,000,000, you'd be at -2,542,000. Now, in a normal situation, you'd have to link some places where you have incoming funds but since I know you have almost 2 million in incoming funds I'll let it slide.
Speed goes up to 65 and Agility goes up to 69. Remember to use this update scale:
0-50 - costs 1 TPE to go up 1 point
50-70 - costs 2 TPE to go up 1 point
70-80 - costs 5 TPE to go up 1 point
80-90 - costs 10 TPE to go up 1 point
90-100 - costs 15 TPE to go up 1 point
