The rule book says

And Shaka/Reigns just logged on yesterday and posted an update 4 days ago, don’t think you can sign him as an inactive yet unless I’m missing something?
EDIT: Same for Madlad, he signed on and posted an update 7 days ago

As for that, I'll give you Madlad, he's my RL buddy and only logs on when I sit down with him and force him to. I'll link this post to him and tell him to reply 'accept'.
If we're really getting technical here, I can get Shaka to do the same, but it's widely known Shaka is inactive here because he hates us and forgot more about us than we'll ever know.

Yeah and I hate to be lame by being all technical and pedantic and legalistic about it but... it is in the rule book lol. I know we’ve had to do the same thing with a guy who, common sensically, was inactive, but he would randomly log on but not really do anything so we just got him to accept a minimum contract. Shaka should probably as well since he’s technically not inactive. I agree it’s sorta lame but... idk rules are rules I guess
Also I’m not trying to come at you or anything, just don’t want you to accidentally get in trouble
