Norfolk extend inactives - Oles - 10-19-2017
All for S4 contracts
@zerxiez - Josh Davidson - $500,000
@Grieber - Ryan Jensen - $500,000
@Baby_Reggie - Jason Jerek - $500,000
@scmsf49 - Wes Washington - $500,000
Highly doubt any NSFL team will be signing these guys, as they all passed on them last year

Don't know how someone can extend a player that wasn't on their team

What's the general rule on extending inactives? How many days have to pass for us to consider them inactive? Sorry for the dumb questions, but I'm still learning how all this works...

Their contracts haven't expired yet until the start of FA. When the NSFL team that sends down the players doesn't resign them, the team in the DSFL then owns their rights IF they sign them. The moment their contract expires with the NSFL team, they are official free agents.

2weeks / 14 days going by PST since last logon.
