"After much due consideration, I've decided to end my career. I have spent the past three seasons with some of the most amazing teammates that anyone can ask for. Unfortunately, they may have been a bit too amazing. I go out every game and give my all. Every day, I put in as much work as I can. But right now it just doesn't seem to be enough. My teammates have surpassed me. My opponents have only gotten stronger. I think it's time for me to step away and go home. I hear the Blues are looking for a full-time Head Coach. I'm hoping to stay within the game no matter what, whether it be on the sideline or in the booth, I'm sticking around.
Now that I've said that, I'd like to give this at least one more go around. The Otters and the fans of Orange County have given me so much. I want to give back just once more. I promise to all of you that this season... my last season... I will do everything to bring back home the Ultimus. We will beat the Outlaws. Something has to break. I may no longer be our first choice starter, but I will still be out there every game working towards my championship. Our championship.
Thank you all for loving the Otters and supporting this team since the beginning. I'd like to especially thank my lovely wife Dakota, for sticking with me and helping me with finally coming to this decision. I'd like to also thank my former teammate and best friend; the better half of the Hot Sauce Committee, Omar Wright; the kid, the golden boy, the lightning to my thunder, Erlich Burnsman; My quarterback, the man who holds the entire game and sometimes my career in his hands, Mike Boss; and the rock, the true field general of the Otters offense, Angus Winchester. I wish all of them luck in their futures in this league. I will happily be watching them from the stands after this season is out."

Leroy' story is over. He is retiring at the end of S4.
But with every story's ending, there is always another beginning...

Leroy Jenkins has been an incredible teammate and the Otters are sad to see him go. Season 4, one last shot.
