Week 9
Kansas City Coyotes at San Antonio Marshals
In their 2nd home game of a 3 game stint, the Marshals take on the visiting Coyotes in week 9. The Coyotes and Marshals are currently 2-1 in their meetings with the history books favoring San Antonio in their DSFL East rivalry. The Thomas Mango and Jack Stats running tandem proved to be unstoppable in their last outing in Kansas City, as the Coyotes couldn’t stop their combined 117 rushing yards. Draxel had a mediocre outing against the Coyotes with only 13/21 completions/attempts and 1 interception, but the Marshals’ supreme defense contained their opponent to only 3 points and Marcus Robinson to only 84 yards on 23 rushing attempts. Kansas City has been on a 3 game losing streak recently, and will need Adams and the receiver core to figure things out quickly if they hope to make it out of San Antonio alive.

Chicago Blues at Tijuana Luchadores
Speaking of teams on a 3 game losing streak, Chicago hasn’t fared very well in the last 3 weeks and have been absolutely decimated by their division rivals. There is hope for them yet, as quarterback Mark Strike was recently seen working on his agility and spending time with the coaching staff working on his reaction time. This will be the first time the two teams meet this regular season. Tijuana has been on the opposite end of the spectrum compared to Chicago. The Luchadores are on a 3 game tear having beaten San Antonio, Norfolk, and Kansas City all by at least 27 points. Issac Brown is coming into his own as the young quarterback is slowly earning the trust of the offensive coaching staff. This should be a fun matchup to watch.

Portland Pythons at Norfolk Seawolves
The best 2 teams in the DSFL Western conference faceoff in week 9 for the 3rd time this season. Portland has managed to defeat Norfolk twice, both on the road and at home in their first 2 outings and the Seawolves are looking to star quarterback Wolverine Justice to avenge their team. Portland will need to figure out how to stop running back Conall O’Sullivan; who has making great strides in his run game. Against the Chicago Blues in week 8, O’Sullivan had an impressive 122 yards rushing and 1 touchdown. Portland barely made it out of San Antonio with a victory in week 8, as the Pythons demonstrated how underrated their defense was in this game. The ball will be flying all over the place in this one, folks!!!

Week 10
Norfolk Seawolves at Kansas City Coyotes
Week 10 features an entertaining canine battle as the Seawolves visit the Coyotes in Kansas City. This will be their first regular season matchup and it’ll be interesting to see how Kansas City’s superb secondary led by Andre Bly Jr. will fare against the passing attack of Wolverine Justice and his cast of commendable receivers. Kansas City will need to bounce back fast as teams have held runningback Marcus Robinson to under 85 rushing yards in weeks 6 through 8. The Seawolves will feature a dynamic offensive attack with Justice’s arm at the ready to hit Hunter Mason or Kenny Omega. Also look for Conall O’Sullivan to rack up rushing yardage against one of the league’s worst rushing defenses.

Tijuana Luchadores at San Antonio Marshals
In a highly anticipated division game, the Luchadores make a short trip from Tijuana to San Antonio to face the Marshals for the 3rd time this season. Both teams are evenly split with 1 win over each other at home and the Marshals are heavily favored to dominate this time. In their last bout, the Luchadores kicked their way to victory with Dean Jackson’s golden boot and the Marshals struggled offensively against a scary frontline of Egor Medved, William Nasher, and Arjen De Ligt. The Marshals balanced defense will be looking to stop Tijuana’s strong run game as they feature the best rush and pass defense in the league.

Portland Pythons at Chicago Blues
The Pythons conclude their 3 game road trip with their final regular season matchup against Chicago in week 10. After being thoroughly defeated in their first 2 games against each other, Portland was able to secure a sound victory at home in week 7. The Blues defense couldn’t stop Carlito Crush and John Wachter as the Pythons were unstoppable with Jameis Christ’s passing. However, don’t count out Chicago just yet. Mark Strike has been making strides as of late and Fresh Booter is still an offensive threat that the Pythons defense will need to contain if they hope to even up the series.

GREAT previews! The best part of being promoted is not having to deal with Draxel as my QB. :towel: :belly: :dj: :yay: :lift: :afro:
