As I said, at the end of the off season I was going to appoint a new head of recruitment, and I have.

Everyone has been excellent on the team in its reformation, but I feel that right now he is going to make an excellent lead and is exactly what we need as we bring in a slew of new faces and eager rookies.

Like you said everyone has been excellent in doing their part. There is still a lot more work to be done, and I am happy to be in the role of recruitment head.
