Recruitment Video - tbone415 - 12-15-2017
Hello all!
We from the recruitment team are working hard in getting ready for the DSFL draft and we need some more prospects! So we have decided to call in the help of our community. For one week (ending December 22 at 8PM EST) we will be accepting YouTube videos helping introduce people to the NSFL and getting them to sign up. You will earn 2 Million in cash.
Your video should include
-The link to the website
-What the NSFL is (Voice and/or text)
-Explain how the sim works
-That our games are streamed on twitch
-A link to the rookie guide
The video must be at least 30 seconds long, and there is a payscale for a bonus based on the amount of views. The payscale is pretty simple.
Every 50 views adds a bonus 100,000 dollars. (Example: 150 views=bonus of 300,000 dollars)
Post the link to your video in the discussion post and you will be paid after December 22nd.

I'll have something up in the coming days. I also had an idea for what could maybe be a secondary video to pair with the rookie guide. I think the guide does an excellent job, but making a video on how to do all the things you need to do as a new member could be beneficial as well. Stuff like exactly how to make an update page, where to find everything you need ie PTs, ACs, etc, where to find important pages like the bank spreadsheet, and so on.
Some people are more effective as visual learners and even if the video just reiterated what's already available here, it could still be beneficial to people who fall in that category. Since the learning curve is a bit steep when you first join, a video like that might make things a little less daunting up front.
You guys have any opinions on that?

Yeah thats a great idea! I definitely wished something like that existed when I joined. You should add how to do an update page because so many people do it wrong.
