New Relocation Rules - ADwyer87 - 01-30-2018

Hello everyone.

HO has been talking for a while and we have come to some ground rules about relocation that we believe are for the betterment of the league:

1) If a team relocates, they cannot relocate again until a minimum of 7 seasons have passed
2) All relocation bids must be approved by majority of HO

effective immediately. Thank you
