Not 100% certain, but I do know that your first playoff win against them -- and the one that led to your first Ultimus -- came at the height of your 6-game losing streak. You'd lost both games to the Outlaws in the regular season before beating them by 18 in the NSFC Championship. Haven't lost to them since

I don't know about S1, but since I've been here the home team in the NSFC has always won.
