HB Boss Tweed Presser - PigSnout - 05-31-2017 Hey guys, this is Boss Tweed. I am open to questions from the media. Here is a draft profile written about my college career if you would like to get to know me better. Ask away! Quote:1. With NSFL Seasons being 13 games as of right now do you foresee yourself breaking 1000 yards? 1. I think so. That would require me to average about 77 yards per game which should be doable. If I can't do it as a rookie, I should definitely be able to do it in the future once I get more upgrades and acclimate more to the professional playing style. 2. In my college career, I had a year to prepare before I actually started playing and it took about half a year after that before I began starting. Even though I did not have success immediately in college, I still had a very successful college career once I was able to get adjusted. I'm not too concerned that I struggled in my first NSFL game because I think it will take time to adjust but I am dedicated and a hard worker so I believe I will be able to put in the work necessary to adjust and succeed. 3. Red Robin. Quote:1. Is Boss your given name or a nickname? 1. My birth name is William, although I have gone as Boss since I was at a very young age. I don't remember where the nickname came from but it caught on when I was young and I have used it as my primary name ever since. 2. I didn't really have any individual rivals. I tended to focus more on team match ups rather than individual players I was going against. I didn't have one particular team that I viewed as a rival but the match ups felt much more personal during conference play. 3. I would like to thank the training staff at Kansas. I did not come into college as a highly regarded prospect but the guidance I received during my red shirt year helped me to reach peak physical condition so that I could unlock my potential as a player. If not for my growth in the training room, I would probably not even be in the discussion to get drafted. 4. I believe my work ethic could set me apart. Many prospects were already expected to be stars when they entered college. However, I was not expected to amount to very much when I came in so I had to work very hard to transform myself as a player to reach the position I am in today. Everybody in the league will be a hard worker but I hope I will be able to work hard enough to continue my development and establish myself as a top player. 5. I prefer outside runs because they have more home run potential. When I am able to get into space and use my speed, I can create big plays that can really spark my team's offense and put points on the board. However, I also enjoy mixing it up with some inside runs. On the inside, I often match up with bigger, slower defenders so I can use my agility to exploit the mismatch and can sometimes turn that in to a big gain. Quote:1. What did you like about playing in Kansas? 1. I liked the fact that we were under the radar. We weren't in a large market and our program hasn't been particularly successful lately so most people payed little attention to our success and expected us to fizzle out. It created extra satisfaction each time we won because we were proving everybody wrong and showing that we could play above our expectations. Each week more and more people began to believe in us and it was fun to watch the fans grow more and more excited as they realized that we had something special brewing. 2. I'm size 17. I have to custom order most of my shoes. 3. I think my best asset for my offensive line is the fact that I am a speed back. My speed allows me to get through holes quickly so the offensive line won't have to hold their blocks as long which allows them to save energy between plays and put more energy in to the initial block because they know they will not need to sustain it as long. 4. I don't know too much about the individual teams and their cultures, so I will rank them in order of my favorite logos: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 5. 100 spider sized horses. I feel like a horse sized spider could cause a lot of damage, while a spider sized horse would barely be able to hurt me so I would rather take my chance with the spider sized horses despite their larger number. Quote:1. Thoughts on possible having to share the backfield with another RB? 1. It would be cool to be the star of my team, but I am also open to sharing carries in the backfield. I have already had some discussions with teams about sharing a backfield and I think I could thrive in that role. I often use two running backs when I play on Madden so I think a two back system can be implemented in a very successful way. 2. I believe my conditioning training has helped me improve my speed to improve my success as a speed back. This played a big role in my team's success last season as it was much harder for defenders to catch me and I was able to create more big plays when I got in to open space. 3. I would like to build up my strength more so that I can break out of tackles more often when defenders catch up to me. 4. I identify primarily as a speed back so I primarily focus on avoiding tackles as much as possible but I would love to become a more complete player by improving my skills at breaking tackles. 5. I'm not sure yet where my individual stats will be when the season starts so instead of an individual goal, I'll focus on the fact that I'm hoping to start my career off with a win in Game 1 and will do whatever is necessary to get that win. Quote:1. On average, how many ankles do you break out on the field? 1. I don't know the exact number so I'll estimate I break about 17.41 ankles per game. 2. Even though it would be bulky and would be uncomfortable on hot days, I'd like to wear my football uniform. It makes me feel bigger and more powerful and when I always feel very comfortable on the field. 3. I would like to go for a computer science degree. I have always loved using the computer during my free time so I would like to work more with computers and I have dabbled some with programming and would be interested in learning more in the future. 4. Dumb and Dumber 2. 5. I'll probably wait until I see what team I end up on. I would like to choose some sort of suit that incorporates my team's colors to show some team spirit and hopefully I'll be able to use them in a combination that also creates a unique outfit. Quote:1. Have you had many lower body injuries in your career thus far, with the production you've had? 1. Luckily I've been very durable so far and have not suffered any major injuries. 2. The offense I played on focused on imitating a pro style offense so I already have experience running in multiple different styles. I liked running out of the gun since I got more space at the start of the play so I was able to use my speed more and create more plays. 3. I'm just going to lay low and stay home with my family. I'm mostly just going to relax and play some video games and watch some of the NBA finals while I wait for my name to be called. 4. I've talked a little with some GMs and the most extensive talks I had were about a potential role in a two back system. I like the idea since it will allow us to wear down the defense and keep fresh legs on the field so our rushing attack can succeed. Quote:1. Whats the biggest strength in your game? 1. Since I'm a speed back, I'd say my biggest strength is my speed. My speed allows me to exploit mismatches with slower defenders to break free and once I get open space I can take off and create huge plays. 2. I've never been a big fan of meat, so I guess neither. Though if I had to choose, I would go for sausage. 3. My favorite moment was probably the Big 12 championship against Oklahoma. They were undefeated and had dominated all year long, so we were pretty much given no chance to win. Winning that game felt like vindication after being told all year that we weren't as good as out record and would come crashing down eventually because we showed that we deserved to be talked about as a top team. 4. I think so. I became the lead back of my team in college and had great success after doing so, so I think I am prepared for whatever role my team needs me to fill. 5. I don't want to accidentally give away anybody's draft plans but I have had extensive talks with one team about a potential role for me on their team if they draft me. Quote: 1. I don't want to name any names but there is one guy on my offensive line who fits that description pretty well. 2. I mostly avoid nudity around other people but I am comfortable with nudity when I am alone. 3. I think my biggest assets are my speed and my experience of having to work my way up the depth chart in college. I have strong physical characteristics and I am willing to work hard to realize them to their full potential. 4. Even though I play with a different style, I would say Adrian Peterson. I always dominated with him on Madden growing up and watching him play was one of the factors that inspired me to choose running back as my position when I got to college. 5. There is a cross necklace my mom gave me when I was young. I have worn it during every game since then and I consider it as a very dear possession. Quote: 1. Yeah, I'd say it provided my team with a chip on our shoulder all year since our school's football program has a poor reputation and we were eager to prove everybody wrong and I think that desire to prove doubters wrong will carry with me to the pros. Also I'd like to create the image of myself as a hard worker so I do not like the rumors that I am a quitter and am eager to prove those rumors wrong. 2. I like both, but my favorite is shotgun because it gives me extra space to use my speed and create plays. 3. I like to collect souvenirs from some of my best games. I have my own "hall of fame" of equipment from some of my best games. 4. I'd still sign it. I'd use the money from the contract to buy equipment that I could use and to buy training so I can improve as a player. 5. I did contemplate this somewhat before my third season because I knew the odds of a championship weren't very high at Kansas and I would be able to dominate in the FCS. However, after 2 years of training and preparation, I felt some loyalty to my school and didn't feel right taking my talents elsewhere.
