I know it hasn't been implemented for a reason (new guys unable to compete with the vets) but I'm interested to hear the thoughts on the league as a whole about it. After all the only other leagues I'm in use carryover tpe so I wanna hear everyone's opinions on it.

Do it. Make it exorbitantly expensive and capped. You can carryover at most 50 TPE for $1.5 million each. New incentive for higher salaries too.

I don't particularly care one way or another (leaning anti) but if we do it:

Free agency has been so boring here the last couple seasons; allowing a small amount of very expensive carryover TPE might help that.

This is something that Head Office is currently talking about. I am certainly curious to hear everyone's thoughts on how this would work, money versus percentage and any parameters.

IMO its a mix of:
- League is relatively young/new, so most users are on their first player and were drafted for the first time ever by the team they're on now. So lots of team-loyalty going on. Which is good, but means people don't test FA generally
- Making money is pretty easy and there isn't a whole lot to spend it on, so there isn't really a lot of incentive to pursue a big contract other than pride (which is fine) or if you want super easy money (also fine)
- No teams are in cap trouble to the point that their players are going unsigned by their teams because their team can't afford them. At least, not that I know of. The few big FAs there have been all tested because they wanted the story line or pride or change of scenery or something (all of which are fine, again)
