*Scott Michaels Hired as Kansas City Co-GM - dropbear - 06-01-2018 [div align=\\\"center\\\"][/div] The Kansas City Coyotes have hired former businessman Scott Michaels as their new Co-GM, looking outside the football world for their newest addition to the front office. Lead GM @124715 announced the hire in a private meeting on Thursday, May 31st. "I've always had an interest in bringing my talents to the sporting world," Michaels said in an exclusive interview with ESPN. "I can't think of a better team to start my career with than the Coyotes. They're a franchise with a passionate supporter base and they're desperate for their first Ultimus". When asked whether he was the man to help bring them one, Michaels simply stated, "Absolutely". "The roster we've put together in the most recent draft is second-to-none. I'm extremely excited about this season". In responding to the question of whether he wants the Coyotes team to fear or love him as a general manager, Michaels said, "Easy - both. I want the players to be afraid of how much they love me".
