For the entire month of July any woman that pleasures Carlito in the city of New Orleans will receive a free lunch meal at Popeyes “Restaurant.” Every government employee has embraced the city’s month long mandatory dress code of Carlito Crush jerseys. Carlito Crush will have a full band and police escort following him throughout the city at all times, he is above the law and cannot by persecuted from any crimes. Of course, he drinks for free anywhere in the entire state of Louisiana. Drew Brees Day, previously July 5th, is over.
