Hello NSFL GMs. As a member of the Baltimore Hawks and current team member of Arbin Asipi Jr., I can say without a doubt he is the worst person to have on your roster and an absolute terrible choice to have in your locker room. He is unequivocally the last person you should pursue this free agency. Save yourself some time and embarrassment and don't even bother messaging him.

I think it is as of the S8 class and has to come well before the draft. And it doesn't backdate to previous classes as far as I know so my assumption is Asipi wouldn't fall into that.

When did you switch in the DSFL, @DeathOnReddit ? Here's the official rule that we voted in February 2018.
"DSFL Rookies (new to the league) are allowed to change their archetype or position for free once during their DSFL tenure. This does not count towards their career position change. Players have up until week 10 to make their position change and will not be allowed after that point. Any player picked up through waivers after week 10 will have from their create date until week 1 of the next DSFL season to change their position."

According to here the position change happened on Feb 3, 2018 @ 1:16pm pst.
According to This, the off-season started on Feb 2nd.
Therefore asipi posted his position change after the ultimimus, therefore after week 10.
And finally, here it states that the rule was put in place on Feb 13th.
