New team, salary cap moves with player. Inactives contracts impact the cap exactly how they are. Once a player is inactive tho and has no contract, they can be resigned to a minimum contract without the accounts approval. @Ballerstorm correct me if I'm wrong. I mean what if we have played that are playing on our team but never accepted any contract? They made a guy, got drafted, but were inactive from the point of character creation.
