The things you watch the Super Bowl for aren't limited to just the actual football: there's the terrible chip dips and other snack food, the not-so-friendly gambling, and the half-time show of musicians that were popular five years ago. But one of the main things that people look forward to are the commercials, the wild, sometimes funny commercials that companies pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to air on the biggest event of the year. Thomas Passmann was all too eager to provide a celebrity endorsement for a soda commercial, according to recent leaks, and to make wild claims including that "Pepsi is the soda of vampires" among other things. Having a player from another football league is an interesting choice to draw in football watchers to buy your product but Passmann is, well....an interesting choice to say the least. You all know the reasons why he does not seem to be a great spokesperson, despite him being more eager than most celebs. He's not exactly a child-friendly, loveable brand ambassador, I mean the dude is not even human.
The Outlaws were relieved to hear that the press swirling around Passmann wasn't about any criminal activity this time, and that it was just him doing normal stuff like getting some extra money doing marketing stuff for big business. Perhaps Passmann's career after he wraps up his football gig will involve marketing and commercial appearances, it is said that he nailed his lines on the first take and seems to have a knack for a persuasive voice. That deceptive, malicious vampiric charm is exactly the sort of thing that corporate America would love to use to prey on the wallets of innocent American civilians. He fits in perfectly with those scoundrels, a bit too perfectly. It is actually kind of concerning.
