Alright RE: fair rubs...
TL;DR GIVE US A FAIR RUB means that you're asking for someone to stop minimizing the positive effects that a human OL has on a team and to treat those who have or want to make an OL player better.
Essentially this is the story:
Back in S7 when I first joined the NSFL I wanted to create an offensive lineman, but my friend @Dawegg who I was creating with at the time (we also created with @Blastmeaway) told me not to make one, as did most of the people who were talking in the league's discord at the time. Considering I wasn't planning on being very active and didn't know shit about football I just kind of went along with it and made a line backer. Still though I decided I wanted to make an OL for my next player whenever that came along.
Fast forward 10 seasons and Chad Pennington is regressing but is still a really good player. Despite that I want something new after breaking the top 10 tackles record. I talk about making an OL. My GM tells me that he won't draft me if I make one. I talk to a few guys about it and they end up saying a lot of the same stuff. wtf.jpg
I start rallying some of my friends and talking about how offensive linemen aren't getting a fair shake in the NSFL. Some of them don't care about the NSFL, some of them are pissed because I'm trying to revive the position, some of them are like fuck it I'm here for the "meme" (even though it wasn't a meme to me).
Along the way one of friends (Pingy) says GIB US A FAIR RUB after he sees me saying "Give us a fair shake". And holy hell did it take off. Everyone that sees him say that makes an offensive lineman and replies to their player page with GIVE US A FAIR RUB.
Now... The context you've used it in essentially means that when you're getting an unfair rub it's because the GMs or older NSFL members around you are telling you that being OL is dumb and that you should position switch or you're hurting your team or that they won't draft you.
