This evening sometime after 9pm EST the refrigerator known as Marlon Alexander shut down in his lavish New York penthouse.
Emergency 24-hour building maintenance people were called to location and were unable to restart Alexander's primary cooling unit.
After exhausting all options, Marlon Alexander was eventually deemed "Out of Order".
As per his instructions: Alexander's body will be emptied of all perishable items, stripped of components harmful to the environment, and recycled.
His memory will live on as an inoperable corpse for one more season with the New York Silverbacks; to carry on his spirit.
