Kurt Hendrix's new year's resolution is to be more of a mentor to the young players that end up on the Hawks roster. In the past, he has been focused 100% on killing opposing QBs and blowing up offensive lines, however, Kurt is entering the prime years of his career, and as one of the best defensive players in the league he has gained a lot of respect. With that respect from his peers he will mentor younger players so they too could climb to the heights Kurt has reached. One of the new things he has instituted this year has been 6AM training sessions at the Baltimore practice facility. This has come as a shock to the new members of the Hawks, but by the end of the season they will be as hard as steel. Kurt isn't going to play forever, but his teachings could be passed down for generations of Hawks players. (155)
