Firstly, what would each team be willing to give up for Winchester? Secondly, what would it take to get the Otters to let him go?
In that case, Winchester might be a bad example, since I imagine the capital required to get the Otters to say yes to a deal is probably significantly more than any team would realistically be willing to offer.
