Media Guy: "Can you tell us how you feel about how your team has been playing?"
Chad Pennington: "Well to be honest I don't think I could be happier with how our team is playing. How many teams can say they have the best record in the NSFL? Trick question, just one and it's the Yellowknife Wraiths. It feels good to be on top. The only thing that could make me happier is if I were playing with Brad and Thad. Brad seems like he's going his is own way but the Wraiths management has assured me that with the progress Thad has made he will be in the NSFL next season, guaranteed. "
Media Guy: "What about you, how do you feel about how you've been playing?"
Chad Pennington: "For myself as a player, yeah I'm pretty happy with how I'm doing in my first NSFL season. I feel like I haven't progressed as much as a player as I should though. I took a minute and examined what changed from this season to last. Turns out I hadn't bought any equipment! I've been playing in regular tennis shoes and old shoulder pads, and I haven't been staying after practice like I normally would or watched video with my coach. I'll be spending some money on that very soon, so I think you'll see me improve immensely over the next week."
