Growing up in the West of Ireland, Lavelle didn't get his first pet till about 11/12 and it was in the form of two turtles. One male and one female, the female one was pretty fuckin gigantic and really it was an overall cunt which never stopped biting the male one's tail. This more often than not led to the male one scurrying off the big rock and flying into the tank of water while the female cunt lounged about on the big rock. 12 year old Dermot tried his best to rectify the situation by whenever he had the chance, moving the female into the water and making sure the male one was on the big rock but more often than not he would get jealous that the other one was in the water, the more I think about it he was probably just a fuckin idiot to be honest.
Yeah so mainly the reason they were special were mainly because they were pretty much my first pets before I got a shitload of cats.
