When someone recently approached me and ask if they can make a movie about my life, I thought that was about the worst idea ever. In my eyes, I haven’t really accomplished anything yet. Even with this mindset, I decided to invite him over to hear his pitch. Obviously, the main narrative of the story was to revolve around my football career. It would be the classic tale coming from riches to slightly more riches. The story would include my draft, my Rookie of the Year award, my six Pro Bowl appearances, and my wide receiver of the Year award. He asked to see a glimpse into my life and get a behind-the-scenes peek at Trey Willie off the field. Since we were already at my house I decided to take him on a quick tour. First, I walked him out to the garage or I showed him my expansive collection of cars. These are my prized possessions since I don't have any known children. Next, I took him to my trophy room. This is really just a closet in my house with a dusty shelf. The shelf is pretty barren as my accolades haven’t really brought home much hardware. Finally, I took him to my storage room where I house all my old equipment. You should have seen the look on his face when I told him there was nearly $80 million worth of equipment in this room. I guess all I can say is that if this movie does get made I hope they find and it actor that can play the part as electric as I’ve lived my life.
