There is much to write about (not really) for the feature film (as in, a side feature on a young filmmaker's youtube channel) on Dean Jackson's life. People familiar with Jackson's background, both as a young player, college player, and professional in the Developmental Simulation Football League and National Simulation Football League would suggest the focus of the documentary be on, perhaps... Jackson's start in football as a backup quarterback. His talent in other, non-football sports. His not athletic abilities such as his advanced talent on the violin. His time living in Tijuana as a member of one of the NSFL's two international teams? His perfect field goal season, and the fact that he is approaching another (although typing this is 100% fuckin jinxing it). No. None of that. Instead, at Dean Jackson's own recommendation, this film will focus almost exclusively on Jackson's rivalry with Bradley T. Madlad, the longtime Orange County Otters kicker. It will include drama! Suspense! Amazing quotes, such as: Reporter: "How do you feel about Dean Jackson's public attack on your playing ability?" Madlad: "...Who?" This fall, immerse yourself in professional sports' most one-sided rivalry! Madlad Makes Jackson a Mad Lad - coming to a theater near you this October.
